Ingredients

  • 2 lb. (32 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles

Method

  • Soften VELVEETA in crock pot on high (start this while doing the other prep).
  • Brown ground beef; drain.
  • Add taco seasoning mix; prepare as directed on seasoning mix package.
  • Mix seasoned meat with diced tomatoes and green chilies.
  • Stir mixture into VELVEETA.
  • Keep hot in crock pot and serve with your favorite chips.
  • NOTE: Diced tomatoes and green chilies can be used either drained or undrained.
  • If drained, your dip will be a little bit thicker.
