Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 box lemon jello
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- Whip evaporated milk until real fluffy.
- Combine jello and hot water, mix all together and fold in whipped evaporated milk.
- Pour into crust and sprinkle with dry cracker crumbs.
- Place in refrigerator 8 hours.
