Ingredients
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 1 seedless cucumber (diced)
- 2 gloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill (finely chopped)
Method
- Mix yogurt, cucumber, dill, and garlic
- Add red wine vinegar and salt
- Taste mixture then alter salt or vinegar levels to personal taste
