Ingredients
- 1/4 ounce dry white vermouth
- 1/4 ounce grappa
- 1 lemon twist
- Ice
- 3 ounces vodka
- 1 rosemary sprig and 1 olive skewered on a pick, for garnish
Method
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the vermouth and grappa.
- Pinch the twist over the shaker and drop it in.
- Shake well, then discard the mixture.
- Fill the rinsed shaker with ice.
- Add the vodka and shake well.
- Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the rosemary sprig and skewered olive.
