Ingredients
- 2 sq. baking chocolate
- 1/3 c. oleo or butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Melt chocolate squares in melted oleo and set aside.
- Then mix eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla.
- Add chocolate mixture to this. Drop by teaspoons on regular waffle iron.
- Bake about 1 minute on medium heat.
- Frost with chocolate icing.
- Makes about 24 cookies.
