Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Kale (Finely chopped)
  • 1 Large Potato (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 Whole Chile pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon MatoZest
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Method

  • Saute the onion, garlic and whole pepper in olive oil on medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Add the potato and cook until almost tender. You might want to add water occasionally to prevent sticking. Add the chopped kale and about a cup of water and cook until tender. Stir in the MatoZest and serve.
