Ingredients
- 1 (18 oz.) pkg. German chocolate cake mix
- 1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Method
- Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
- Spoon half of batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
- Cake will not test done.
- Cool cake 10 minutes.
