Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans Armour Star chili with beans
- 2 large onions
- 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 12 soft corn tortillas
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Fry ground beef in skillet; after it is done, add your chili.
- Rinse chili cans with a little water (just enough to rinse your cans out).
- You will need a square or oblong baking pan or dish.
- Chop onions.
- Grate the cheese and separate your corn tortillas.
- Place a tablespoon or a little more of beef and chili on each tortilla.
- Also, sprinkle some chopped onions and grated cheese on each one.
- Roll each one as you go and place in baking dish.
- Pour the remaining beef and chili over them. Place the rest of the chopped onions on top.
- To top it all off, sprinkle the remaining cheese over it all.
- Place in oven and let bake for approximately 10 minutes.
