Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans Armour Star chili with beans
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 12 soft corn tortillas

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Fry ground beef in skillet; after it is done, add your chili.
  • Rinse chili cans with a little water (just enough to rinse your cans out).
  • You will need a square or oblong baking pan or dish.
  • Chop onions.
  • Grate the cheese and separate your corn tortillas.
  • Place a tablespoon or a little more of beef and chili on each tortilla.
  • Also, sprinkle some chopped onions and grated cheese on each one.
  • Roll each one as you go and place in baking dish.
  • Pour the remaining beef and chili over them. Place the rest of the chopped onions on top.
  • To top it all off, sprinkle the remaining cheese over it all.
  • Place in oven and let bake for approximately 10 minutes.
