- 8 oz. lasagne noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 3 c. diced turkey
Method
- Cook and drain noodles.
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Mix together the noodles, soup, milk, salt and poultry seasoning.
- Heat through.
- Mix together cream cheese and cottage cheese.
- Add onion, green pepper and parsley.
- Blend well.
