Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/3 c. sliced green onions
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 to 5 Tbsp. milk
Method
- Boil potatoes; drain and mash.
- Saute onions, garlic and margarine in skillet.
- Add sour cream, milk, salt and pepper to taste to mashed potatoes with onion mixture.
- Place in 1 1/2-quart greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes, uncovered.
- Garnish with parsley.
