Ingredients
- 1 (10 to 12 count) jar artichokes, drained
- 1 (3 oz.) Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Mash artichokes to a coarse mush, using fork and knife.
- Add cheese and mayo; mix.
- Bake in an oven-proof dish at 350° until bubbly (about 20 minutes).
- Serve warm.
