Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped turkey
- 1/2 c. grapes
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. toasted almonds
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- grated rind of 1/2 orange
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- lettuce or endive leaves
Method
- Add lemon juice and orange rind to mayonnaise.
- Mix turkey and other ingredients into mayonnaise.
- Serve on lettuce leaves. Makes 4 servings.
