Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 (7/8 ounce) packages turkey gravy mix
- 34 cup water
- 4 lbs turkey breast
- 2 onions
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Peel onion and cut into quarters.
- Shake flour in an oven bag.
- Place in a 13x9x2 inch pan.
- Add gravy mix and water to oven bag.
- Squeeze oven bag to blend in flour.
- Brush turkey with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place in oven bag.
- Place onions around turkey.
- Close oven bag with nylon tie and cut six 1/2 inch slits in top.
- Tuck ends of bag in pan.
- Bake 1 1/4 hours to 2 hours, until meat thermometer reads 170F Let stand in oven bag 10 minutes.
