Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives or 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives
  • 2 teaspoons dried onion
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash paprika

Method

  • Form loosely packed burgers
  • Spray a non stick pan with cooking spray
  • Heat pan on high add burgers to hot pan reduce heat to medium cover pan (keeps everything moist)
  • Cook 3-4 minutes on each side turning as little as possible.
