- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried chives or 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons dried onion
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash paprika
Method
- Form loosely packed burgers
- Spray a non stick pan with cooking spray
- Heat pan on high add burgers to hot pan reduce heat to medium cover pan (keeps everything moist)
- Cook 3-4 minutes on each side turning as little as possible.
