- 2 pounds Ground Turkey
- 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce, Divided
- 3 Tablespoons Ground Cumin, Divided
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained
- 2 cans (14 Oz. Size) Petite Diced Tomatoes, Not Drained
- 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Corn, Drained (optional)
- 4 Tablespoons Hot Mexican Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Chipotle Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt (or More To Taste)
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Sour Cream
Method
- Brown turkey (or other meat) in a large heavy-bottomed pot with one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and one tablespoon of cumin until done. Add the black beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, and corn, if using.
- Add all the rest of the spices. Stir well and simmer for 40 minutes, tasting after 20 minutes and adjusting spices if necessary. Skim foam/acid from the top after about 30 minutes.
- Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream on the side. Enjoy!
