Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground Turkey
  • 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce, Divided
  • 3 Tablespoons Ground Cumin, Divided
  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained
  • 2 cans (14 Oz. Size) Petite Diced Tomatoes, Not Drained
  • 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Corn, Drained (optional)
  • 4 Tablespoons Hot Mexican Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Chipotle Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (or More To Taste)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Method

  • Brown turkey (or other meat) in a large heavy-bottomed pot with one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and one tablespoon of cumin until done. Add the black beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, and corn, if using.
  • Add all the rest of the spices. Stir well and simmer for 40 minutes, tasting after 20 minutes and adjusting spices if necessary. Skim foam/acid from the top after about 30 minutes.
  • Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream on the side. Enjoy!
