Ingredients

  • 1 c. dry noodles
  • 1 can light chunk tuna
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped (optional)
  • 2 handfuls crushed potato chips

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Cook noodles in boiling water until done, about 8 minutes.
  • Drain noodles and put in 1-quart baking dish.
  • Drain tuna and add to noodles, add soup and milk and mix. Stir in chopped water chestnuts and chopped celery if used. Sprinkle potato chips on top.
  • Bake until hot throughout, about 30 minutes.
  • Serves 4.
