Ingredients
- 1 c. dry noodles
- 1 can light chunk tuna
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
- 1 stalk celery, chopped (optional)
- 2 handfuls crushed potato chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cook noodles in boiling water until done, about 8 minutes.
- Drain noodles and put in 1-quart baking dish.
- Drain tuna and add to noodles, add soup and milk and mix. Stir in chopped water chestnuts and chopped celery if used. Sprinkle potato chips on top.
- Bake until hot throughout, about 30 minutes.
- Serves 4.
