Ingredients

  • 1/2 pounds Fresh Tuna, Diced
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 2-13 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 whole Lime, Zested
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
  • 2-13 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons Wasabi Powder
  • 13 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted, And Diced
  • 1/2 whole Long English Cucumber, Thinly Sliced (using A Mandolin If You Have One)
  • 35 whole Rice Crackers
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds

Method

  • In a large bowl combine tuna, soy sauce, lime juice, zest, sesame oil, olive oil, wasabi and avocado.
  • Let the mixture marinate in the fridge for one hour.
  • To assemble dip a cucumber slice into the tuna tartar mix (to act as a glue) and add the slice to the rice cracker.
  • Top with a spoonful of tuna tartar mix and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately (do not assemble until ready to serve).
