Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 2 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 2 cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/4 c. onion, finely diced
- 1/2 c. pimento, finely diced
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- shredded, grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Mix soup and
- milk.
- Add rice, tuna, onion, pimento and Tabasco sauce.
- Mix
- well
- and
- pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350° for
- 30
- minutes
- or
- until bubbly.
- The last few minutes of cooking time, sprinkle cheese over top of casserole and let melt.
