Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 cans tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 c. onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 c. pimento, finely diced
  • 2 drops Tabasco sauce
  • shredded, grated Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Mix soup and
  • milk.
  • Add rice, tuna, onion, pimento and Tabasco sauce.
  • Mix
  • well
  • and
  • pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350° for
  • 30
  • minutes
  • or
  • until bubbly.
  • The last few minutes of cooking time, sprinkle cheese over top of casserole and let melt.
