Ingredients
- 1 (4 ounce) package Starkist sweet and spicy tuna
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup mexican blend shredded cheese (save a little for later)
- 12 cup green bell pepper
- 1 large tortilla, I prefer the whole wheat kind
- salsa (optional)
Method
- Mix all ingredients in bowl except tortillia.
- Spray skillet with non-stick spray.
- Place tortilla in skillet, sprinkle one half with left over chese.
- Spoon mixture on top of cheese and before folding tortilla in half (moon shape) add the rest of cheese on top (the cheese acts as a glue for the quesadilia).
- Grill/warm for 5 minutes and flip.
- Enjoy and dip in salsa!
