- 4 ounce. tuna or possibly salmon
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- Garlic pwdr to taste
- 1/3 c. dry powdered lowfat milk
- Onion flakes
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
- Combine and make patties.
- Brown on both sides in pan sprayed with Pam.
- These are also good cool.
