Ingredients

  • 1 can water packed tuna
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 oz uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 c frozen peas
  • 4 oz canned mushrooms
  • 1 can crunchy onions

Method

  • Boil water for egg noodles Cook egg noodles in boiling salted water al dente - about 6 min. Once the noodles start to cook, preheat oven to 375. Drain noodles. Put in oven proof casserole dish. Add the soup, peas and mushrooms. Cook covered for 20 minutes. Add the crunch onions and bake 5 minutes more. Yummi!
