Ingredients

  • 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna
  • 1 raw egg
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, mashed to a paste
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 4 tsp. chopped pimento
  • 4 tsp. chopped green pepper, parboiled for 3 to 4 minutes
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise, thinned with 2 Tbsp. cream for topping
  • paprika for garnish

Method

  • Separate tuna meat.
  • Combine with eggs, bread crumbs, pimento, green pepper, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and butter.
