- 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna
- 1 raw egg
- 1 hard-cooked egg, mashed to a paste
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 4 tsp. chopped pimento
- 4 tsp. chopped green pepper, parboiled for 3 to 4 minutes
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise, thinned with 2 Tbsp. cream for topping
- paprika for garnish
Method
- Separate tuna meat.
- Combine with eggs, bread crumbs, pimento, green pepper, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and butter.
