Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tuna, drained
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
Method
- Mix all ingredients in medium bowl by hand. Take a small handful and form into patty.
- Fry on medium-high with oil just covering bottom of pan. Fry until lightly brown.
- Makes 6 burgers.
