Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. boiling water
Method
- Combine egg white, sugar and cream of tartar in mixing bowl. Add boiling water and beat until thick and fluffy. Add vanilla. Frosts a 9-inch cake.
