Ingredients
- 1 (7 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
- 1 cucumber, peeled seeded and diced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 4 rice cakes, rounds
Method
- Break up tuna and mix with cucumber.
- Add soy sauce and mayonnaise and mix well.
- Spread 1/4 of the tuna mixture over each rice cake.
- Serve.
