Ingredients

  • 6 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
  • 13 cups Grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dried Basil
  • 1/4 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • 13 teaspoons Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Pasta Sauce

Method

  • 1.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  • Make the cheese mixture: mix the cottage cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, basil, oregano, and lemon pepper seasoning together.

  • Slice the chicken in half lengthwise to create a pocket.
  • 4.
  • Fill the chicken with the cheese mixture and place into a greased baking dish.
  • 5.
  • Brush the tops of the chicken breasts with oil and sprinkle with a bit of salt and pepper.
  • 6.
  • Bake the chicken for 45-55 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink.
  • 7.
  • The cheese mixture will likely have melted a bit from inside the chicken, but just scoop it up and place on a serving plate.
  • 8.
  • Top the chicken with pasta sauce of your choice.
  • I usually make my own sauce, but any favorite sauce will work!
