Ingredients

  • 3 c. chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1 (6 oz.) box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice, cooked
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 1 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to taste (lemon pepper seasoning may be used)

Method

  • Mix all ingredients and put in a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
  • Bake at 350° until bubbly, 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 8.
