Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 stick cold butter
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Method
- Mix flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly; stir in chocolate chips.
- Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Stir milk, egg, vanilla and chocolate chips.
- Pour on crust.
- Bake again 25 minutes.
- Remove and cool.
- May add chopped nuts and coconut.
