Ingredients
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. dark Karo syrup
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. pecans
- 9-inch pie shell
Method
- Mix all ingredients, add pecans last.
- Pour into pie shell and bake in hot oven at 400° for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until a silver knife inserted in center of filling comes out clean.
