Ingredients
- 3 or 4 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 4 Tbsp. chopped black olives
- 4 Tbsp. chopped green olives
- 4 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- 4 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 1 small green, red or yellow pepper, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. dry Ranch dressing
- 8 to 10 flour tortilla shells
Method
- Squeeze all the water out of peppers.
- Mix all ingredients together and chill in refrigerator 4 to 5 hours.
- Spread on tortillas, roll as jelly roll.
- Chill for a few hours, slice and serve.
