Ingredients

  • 2 Packages cream cheese, softened (8 ounce. each)
  • 6 ounce. minced rice olives, liquid removed
  • 1 can (7 ounce.) minced green chilies, liquid removed
  • 1 sm. yellow onion, diced
  • 1 pkg. (about 8) flour tortillas

Method

  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, olives, chilies and onion.
  • Mix well.
  • Spread about one third c. of the cheese mix to within one quarter inch of the edge of each tortilla.
  • Roll tightly.
  • Refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
  • Trim one half inch off each end of the tortillas.
  • Cut each into 8 pcs.
  • Makes 64 pcs.
