Ingredients
- 2 Packages cream cheese, softened (8 ounce. each)
- 6 ounce. minced rice olives, liquid removed
- 1 can (7 ounce.) minced green chilies, liquid removed
- 1 sm. yellow onion, diced
- 1 pkg. (about 8) flour tortillas
Method
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, olives, chilies and onion.
- Mix well.
- Spread about one third c. of the cheese mix to within one quarter inch of the edge of each tortilla.
- Roll tightly.
- Refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
- Trim one half inch off each end of the tortillas.
- Cut each into 8 pcs.
- Makes 64 pcs.
