Ingredients
- 1 c. (6 to 8 oz.) yogurt (choice of flavor)
- 2 c. sugar (measured in yogurt cup)
- 3 c. flour (measured in yogurt cup)
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 tsp. baking powder
Method
- Bake in loaf pan at 350° for about 50 minutes.
- Can add grated lemon rind if use lemon or vanilla.
- If you double the recipe, bake in a tube pan at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
