Ingredients
- 2 slices of bacon
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1.5 pounds sliced tomatoes with the dressing
- 1/4 small red onion (finely chopped)
- chopped dill
Method
- Cook 2 slices of bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Let cool. Then crumble. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup sour cream, and 2 tablespoons milk, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle 1.5 pounds sliced tomatoes with the dressing; sprinkle with the bacon, 1/4 small red onion (finely chopped) and chopped dill.
