Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1.5 pounds sliced tomatoes with the dressing
  • 1/4 small red onion (finely chopped)
  • chopped dill

Method

  • Cook 2 slices of bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Let cool. Then crumble. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup sour cream, and 2 tablespoons milk, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle 1.5 pounds sliced tomatoes with the dressing; sprinkle with the bacon, 1/4 small red onion (finely chopped) and chopped dill.
