- 11 cups oatmeal
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 12 cups sunflower seeds
- 1 12 cups oat bran
- 34 cup flax seed
- 1 14 cups almonds
- 34 cup wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 12 cups raisins
- 12 cup dried cranberries
- 34 cup prune
- 12 cup dried apricot, chopped
- 1 14 cups water
- 1 14 cups canola oil
- 1 14 cups liquid honey
Method
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Boil liquid ingredients.
- Mix together.
- Heat oven to 250 degrees.
- Bake for 1.5 hours stirring every fifteen minutes.
- Store in air tight container and also freezes very well.
