Ingredients

  • 11 cups oatmeal
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 12 cups sunflower seeds
  • 1 12 cups oat bran
  • 34 cup flax seed
  • 1 14 cups almonds
  • 34 cup wheat germ
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 12 cups raisins
  • 12 cup dried cranberries
  • 34 cup prune
  • 12 cup dried apricot, chopped
  • 1 14 cups water
  • 1 14 cups canola oil
  • 1 14 cups liquid honey

Method

  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Boil liquid ingredients.
  • Mix together.
  • Heat oven to 250 degrees.
  • Bake for 1.5 hours stirring every fifteen minutes.
  • Store in air tight container and also freezes very well.
