Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 tomatoes ripe
- 2 chile peppers chipotle
- 1 garlic clove peeled and minced
- 1 sprig coriander
- salt
Method
- Add the oil to a skillet on medium heat. Saute the tomatoes, chile peppers, and garlic for about 5 minutes.
- Add the ingredients to a food processor with the coriander and a pinch of salt. Puree until smooth.
- Serve as a topping for quesadillas.
