Ingredients
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn
- 1 can tiny English peas
- 2 small cans chopped pimento
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, cut slices in half or fourths
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
Method
- Pour over vegetables and refrigerate.
- Better if it is made a day ahead of time.
