Ingredients
- 2 1/3 c. heavy cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- sweetened fresh fruit or berries
Method
- Mix together the cream, sugar and gelatin.
- Heat gently and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Cool until slightly thickened.
- Fold in sour cream and vanilla.
- Chill in refrigerator until firm.
- Spoon into serving dishes and top with sweetened fruit or berries.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
