Ingredients
- 12 ounces silken tofu lite
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons liquor orange
Method
- Puree in a food processor until smooth.
- You can use vanilla extract instead of orange liquor or almond extract, it is really up to you.
- Also to color it some time I use 1/4 cup of boiled beet and puree it with the tofu, it gives the frosting a nice color.
- Some time for lite texture I fold this cream into fat free Cool Whip.
