Ingredients

  • 12 ounces silken tofu lite
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons liquor orange

Method

  • Puree in a food processor until smooth.
  • You can use vanilla extract instead of orange liquor or almond extract, it is really up to you.
  • Also to color it some time I use 1/4 cup of boiled beet and puree it with the tofu, it gives the frosting a nice color.
  • Some time for lite texture I fold this cream into fat free Cool Whip.
