Ingredients
- 250 grams harden tofu
Method
- Oven on, 200c.
- Cut tofu into chips.
- Score them getly on one side.
- Place chips on an oven tray and place in oven.
- Cook chips for 20mins or until golden brown on each side.
- Remove from heat onto paper towel.
- Season with whatever veggie salt you like.
- Serve immediately with sauce.
- Note: I used my own lemon and cracked pepper salt and sweet chilli sauce.
