Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 12 chicken wings
  • 14 cup barbecue sauce
  • 14 cup plum sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 14 glass white wine
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • preheat oven to hot.
  • cook rice in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, uncovered until tender.
  • set aside.
  • cut wings tips, and then half the wings.
  • combine sauces in a large bowl, add the chopped garlic and wine and season.
  • add the wings, toss to coat.
  • Place the chicken, in a single layer, in an ovenproof dish, roast uncovered about 20/25 min or until thoroughly cooked.
  • serve with the cooked rice.
