Ingredients

  • 1 pita cut in half
  • 4 tablespoons hummus garlic
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese
  • 2 slices red leaf lettuce
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 6 slices avocado
  • 10 banana peppers
  • 8 slices cucumber
  • 8 slices orange pepper

Method

  • Set KitchenAid(R) Pro Line(R) 2-Slice Automatic Toaster to setting 3 and place pita halves inside to toast. Meanwhile, prepare pita fillings.
  • Remove pita from toaster and spread 1 tablespoon of hummus inside on each side of the pita halves.
  • Sprinkle the feta inside and carefully place the vegetables inside in desired order. Serve immediately.
