Ingredients
- 1 pita cut in half
- 4 tablespoons hummus garlic
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese
- 2 slices red leaf lettuce
- 4 slices tomato
- 6 slices avocado
- 10 banana peppers
- 8 slices cucumber
- 8 slices orange pepper
Method
- Set KitchenAid(R) Pro Line(R) 2-Slice Automatic Toaster to setting 3 and place pita halves inside to toast. Meanwhile, prepare pita fillings.
- Remove pita from toaster and spread 1 tablespoon of hummus inside on each side of the pita halves.
- Sprinkle the feta inside and carefully place the vegetables inside in desired order. Serve immediately.
