- 4+ lbs Country Style Ribs (at least 4 pounds a little more is fine)
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 Can Moxie
- 1 TBSP Dijon
- 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 TBSP Maple Sugar
- 1/2 C Malt Vinegar
- 2 tsp - 1/2 TBSP Chili Powder (based on taste/mood)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 - 1/3 C Molassas
- 1 Bottle BBQ Sauce (I usually use Jack Daniels Original)
- 2 TBSP Cornstarch (to thicken)
Method
- Cook 6 hours on low in crock pot.
- Shred meat.
- Cook 1 hour low in crock pot.
