Ingredients

  • 4+ lbs Country Style Ribs (at least 4 pounds a little more is fine)
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 Can Moxie
  • 1 TBSP Dijon
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Maple Sugar
  • 1/2 C Malt Vinegar
  • 2 tsp - 1/2 TBSP Chili Powder (based on taste/mood)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 - 1/3 C Molassas
  • 1 Bottle BBQ Sauce (I usually use Jack Daniels Original)
  • 2 TBSP Cornstarch (to thicken)

Method

  • Cook 6 hours on low in crock pot.
  • Shred meat.
  • Cook 1 hour low in crock pot.
