Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 2 c. rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can onion soup (not creamed)
- 1/2 stick oleo
Method
- Mix rice and soups together.
- Melt oleo in pan and pour soup mixture into pan.
- Place chicken parts of large fryer, skin side up, on the mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
