Ingredients
- 1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. reduced-calorie chili sauce
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
- Cover and chill thoroughly.
- Serve with salad greens.

- 2 cups (11 calories and 0% fat per tablespoon).
