Ingredients
- 1 lb. chopped chuck
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 or 2 garlic cloves
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. stuffed olives
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Saute onions, garlic and green pepper in 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Add tomato sauce and meat and mix well.
- Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add raisins and olives last.
- Serve with black beans and rice.
