Ingredients

  • 3lb. ground burger
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup seasoning salt
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions (if desired)
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapenos
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 tbsp. worstechire suace
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. minced or diced garlic
  • 4 or 8 onion buns

Method

  • Sart by frying bacon in pan and set aside.
  • Melt 4 tbsp. of butter and 1tbsp. of minced or diced garlic in small pan and brush onto buns.
  • Mix all other ingredients together and form into either desired patty size.
  • Spray grill w/ non stick spray and turn on high for 3 minutes or until temp reaches 450+. then turn down to low heat.
  • Spray one side of patty w/ non stick spray and put that side down onto grill.
  • Grill for about 3 minutes and repeat for other side of patty.
  • During last 2 minutes of grilling throw buttered buns on top rack and grill (toast) with patties for remaining 2 minutes.
  • Pull off grill, Add bacon and serve.
