Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. oats
- pinch of salt (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- low-fat milk
Method
- Boil water and pinch of salt.
- Stir in oats (occasionally); cook about 3 minutes over medium heat.
- Stir in honey for 1 minute.
- Turn off heat; cover and let sit for 1 minute.
- Pour in bowl.
- Add milk.
- Eat and enjoy.
