Ingredients
- eggs free range
- sea salt
- black pepper
- white pepper
- ham dried, Italian Prosciutto
- butter I used unsalted
Method
- Whisk your eggs together with your salt and peppers. In a pan set on low heat let your butter to melt and pour in your egg mixture. Stir gently occasionally until the eggs have a silky texture.
- Serve with prosciutto ham and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Tips: you can serve with toasted bread, yellow melon or pan your ham for more crispiness.
