- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
- 1 to 2 teaspoons minced fresh jalapeno chili
- 1 1/2 cups shredded peeled kohlrabi or broccoli stems
- 1 1/2 cups shredded peeled carrots
- 1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
- Salt and pepper
Method
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, oil, onion, cilantro, sugar, garlic, and chili to taste.
- Add kohlrabi, carrots, and zucchini. Mix and season with salt and pepper to taste.
