- 200 grams Cooked bamboo shoots in brine
- 3 Green peppers
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/5 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Katakuriko
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
Method
- Fry the ingredients marked , add the ingredients marked , fry and mix together for 20 seconds, and it's done!
